Chai-licious is a blog specially made for short stories that bring warmth to your heart. We write stories based on our day-to-day lives. We paint the world we see, through our stories. As much as we love reading, we also love writing. You can read these stories as you sip or slurp your chai during dusk or dawn.

Our Story
"Chai is an emotion. From the moment it comes to a boil in that pan, to that first sip from your favourite cup, ending with a satisfied sigh from your lips; it is such a magical process. But there was always one thing missing when I had my tea with my evening snacks. A good story. Something delightful and warm that makes my heart content with contentment and pleasure, like chai. A one of a kind story.
So we thought, “Why not us?” That is how 'Chai-licious' was born.
We weave the stories with our moments of joy and beads of thoughts. From the littlest of things to the grandest gestures, we aim to provide short stories that feel as gratifying as a cup of tea to enjoy in the smallest windows of your busy life.

When it's raining and you miss your train. When you get sick and your body aches you want to see your mother. You see cherry blossoms and you smile, and you snap a picture to write about it. You see someone you know, you talk to someone kind, you laugh with neighborhood children. You make a dish and you want to share it with your friends, but you realize you have none at the moment and share the food with a street dog and feel content with it. All these moments you want to cherish and you wish to write about. What is the one thing that is common in every moment that you write about? What is the one thing that you want to scream and say at the top of your lungs and make the world listen to it? That is what you truly want to write about and this is what is hidden in every poem of yours.

But rather be with them because you’re the one who loves…
And it’s okay if they don’t love you back the way you do,
Keep loving yourself and love will always find you…
